2024 Senior Training Clinics



These clinics are open to teachers (coaches) and students (eth-letes) to participate in. The training clinics are designed to be completed in a single day and will be run via Zoom for easy access. They are offered on different days to cater for time zones. These sessions will help students and coaches develop skills and confidence before participating. Schools that have participated before will also find these training clinics helpful.

These sessions are available to Senior School coaches and eth-letes. We will be dealing with the current Senior School case set and participants will hear from various internationally acclaimed speakers and judges will be involved in the day.

11.10 am -11.35 am Morning Tea.

11.35 am -12.15 pm Dr Rachel Robinson-Greene – Utah State University – Consequentialism.

12.15 pm -1 pm- Dr Tim Dean – Senior Philosopher at the Ethics Centre- Sydney- Rules Ethics

We will run the training clinic via Zoom and students/coaches are welcome to join us remotely. The registration fee for the training day is $50 AUD per student (Members discount) or $55 AUD per student (non-Members). Coaches attend for free if accompanying a team. If a coach want to participate without students, the registration fee is $195 AUD per coach. Once the registration fee is paid we will send you a Zoom link and further instructions about the day.
